Introducing the Inner Canvas Therapy Companion eJournal
Share
There’s power in pausing.
In slowing down enough to ask yourself: How am I really feeling?
In noticing what’s stirring beneath the surface and giving it space to speak.
That’s the heart of the Inner Canvas—and now, we’re bringing that same intention to a digital journal you can use anytime, anywhere.
Why Go Digital?
The Inner Canvas Digital Journal is a 27-page, fully interactive PDF that mirrors the structure and energy of our original printed version. It includes all the same sections—guided prompts, reflection space, emotional check-ins, coping tools, and writing/art therapy exercises.
I designed this digital version for use with apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or Adobe Acrobat. This version is perfect if you like to journal on your tablet, type your thoughts, or tap through your self-care practice with ease.
A Journal That Moves With You
At the core of this journal is our brand philosophy:
Prepare. Reflect. Create.
🖤 Prepare — Begin by checking in. What’s on your mind? What are you feeling? Preparation sets the tone and creates space for honesty.
🖤 Reflect — Use gentle prompts to explore recent thoughts, sessions, or experiences. Get curious about your inner world.
🖤 Create — From that place of awareness, you can write, sketch, plan, or simply dream. No pressure—just permission to be.
These three rhythms guide the design of the journal—and how we hope it’ll support you.
How to Use the eJournal
Getting started is simple! Here’s how to add the journal to your favorite digital journaling app:
Step 1: Download the file to your device.
Step 2: Open your journaling app (GoodNotes, Notability, etc.)
